We collect information you submit to create a song gift, such as recipient name, relationship, birthday wish, tone, prompt, memory, contact email, uploaded photo, lyric preview, selected template, delivery email, order status, and basic timestamps.

We use this information to generate lyrics and music, prepare the private gift page, deliver the gift by email, provide customer support, prevent misuse, troubleshoot generation failures, and improve the service.

Song prompts, memories, lyrics, and related brief details may be sent to MiniMax Music, using the MiniMax music-2.6 model by default, to create the requested audio. Photos and generated audio may be stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. We do not sell your personal information.

For paid orders, payment details are processed by Creem as merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, customer email, order identifiers, and receipt-related data needed to fulfill and support the order.

We keep gift records and assets for as long as needed to provide the private gift page, handle refunds or support requests, comply with legal obligations, and maintain service security. You may request deletion by contacting support.

The create flow may save an editable draft in browser local storage on the same device before submission. We use reasonable technical measures to protect private gift assets, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

AI Song Gifts may be accessed globally. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in countries where our hosting, payment, email, and AI service providers operate.
