Refund Policy

Before production starts
If you paid for an order and request cancellation before production has started, we will generally approve a refund unless there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or policy violation.
Technical failures
If we cannot generate or deliver the purchased digital gift because of a technical issue, we may retry, manually review the order, offer a corrected delivery, or refund the order.
Creative preferences
AI-generated music is inherently variable. Refunds are not guaranteed solely because you dislike a subjective creative result after a usable gift has been generated and delivered. We may offer a retry or correction at our discretion.
Policy violations
Orders that request prohibited, unlawful, NSFW, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content may be refused, cancelled, or refunded at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email support@aisonggifts.com with your order email, receipt or order ID, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 3 business days. For payments processed by Creem, refund records may also be handled through Creem as merchant of record.
