Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026. These terms apply to AI Song Gifts, a digital product for personalized AI song gifts and private gift pages. Contact support@aisonggifts.com for support.
The service
AI Song Gifts lets customers submit a gift brief, photo or prompt, recipient details, and delivery contact information so we can create a personalized AI song gift and private gift page. Birthday song gifts are the first supported product.
Purchases and delivery
Prices must be shown before checkout. After a paid order is received, we generate and prepare the digital gift. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because AI generation, review, email delivery, and provider availability can affect timing.
User content and rights
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, names, memories, wishes, and other materials you provide. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit them and to use them in a personalized gift.
Generated results
AI-generated lyrics and music can vary in quality, style, timing, pronunciation, and accuracy. We currently use MiniMax Music, with the MiniMax music-2.6 model by default, to generate song audio from the customer's song brief and lyric direction. We may retry technical failures, reject unsuitable content, pause generation, or manually review orders to protect service quality and provider limits.
Acceptable use
You may not use AI Song Gifts to create or request NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, hateful, harassing, violent, illegal, deceptive, infringing, deepfake, impersonation, face-manipulation, or harmful content. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that violate these rules.
No model affiliation
AI Song Gifts is an independent product. MiniMax Music and any other third-party AI providers or model names we mention are integrations or service providers only. They do not sponsor, endorse, or operate AI Song Gifts.
Refunds and support
Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. If generation fails for technical reasons, we may retry, manually review, deliver a corrected gift, or issue a refund where appropriate. Support is available at support@aisonggifts.com.
Service changes
We may update the service, supported occasions, pricing, providers, templates, delivery methods, or these terms over time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
